Public works Department (PWD)

About Department :  P.W.D. is performing the most important role in Infrastructure, development of our state. All the progress works starting with construction of road. The land use and this value increases when all weather roads are available near by the land. PWD also provides the number of jobs to the poor people through MNREGA. The main motto of our department is to provide the all weather roads with cross drainage bridges small bridges and buildings with high quality and safety measure and maintenance of infrastructure.

Important Scheme :
1. Construction of Govt. I.T.I Building in Tehsil Aurai Village Jangla. Sanction and wide G.O. no 38/2020/506/30-04-2020 Dt 26.03.2020 of Rs.961.43 Lacs. Construction work in progress and more than 20% work completed. the date of completion 17.06.2022
2. Construction of Police barrack and meeting room at Thana Bhadohi, Thana Gyanpur , Thana Suriyawa, Thana Chauri, Thana Durgaganj, Thana Unjh All works started and average progress 30%
3. widening and strengthening work of survive lane of Indira Mill bridge in length- 0.290 Km and 119.14 lac work sanctioned vide G.O. 57/2021/257 रा स नि/ 23-1-21-96 रा स नि/20 dt 23.02.2021 This work is Most important as this is the life line for Bhadohi district
4. Widening and strengthening of gopiganj- durgaganj road work sanctioned. Tender process will start soon.
